This 7’9” one-piece rod uses a multi-material blank with a high-modulus carbon over-wrap on the butt, transitioning through intermediate carbon layers to a soft fiberglass tip (42→24→fiberglass). Outfitted with Alps anodized Z-Guides in a spiral-wrap configuration (high-foot 16 stripper → size 10 tip), the Yankee Edition delivers smooth line flow and reduced torque under load. A Size 23 Alps Central-Lock aluminum reel seat locks your reel in place, while the 12″ EVA fore grip and 14″ BattleOn butt grip provide a secure, ergonomic hold for long days on the rail.
