The Unicel C-7330 is a pleated polyester cartridge filter element engineered for Master Spas residential spa applications, providing 30.0 sq ft of effective filtration area through a Reemay nonwoven polyester media pack at a nominal 15-micron filtration efficiency. Construction specifications include injection-molded ABS end caps in a closed-bottom, open-top (handle-equipped) configuration, with coreless or low-profile core geometry consistent with the Master Spas ELE-7330 form factor. The element is rated for continuous service at temperatures to 104°F with intermittent excursions to 115°F, supporting the operating pressure range of standard residential spa circulation pumps (5–15 PSI typical). End cap bonding withstands sustained exposure to balanced spa water chemistry without delamination or fabric pull-through under standard service conditions.
Service interval recommendation: rinse with fresh water every 2–4 weeks; chemical soak in dilute TSP or enzyme cleaner every 4–6 weeks to remove body oils, surfactants, and cosmetic residues that resist mechanical rinsing. Replace at ≤ 12-month intervals under standard residential spa use, or sooner if ΔP rises ≥ 5 PSI above clean-filter operating baseline, fabric tears or channeling are observed, or pleat collapse is documented. Chemical compatibility: polyester media tolerates continuous operation at ≤ 10 ppm free available chlorine or ≤ 30 ppm total bromine; muriatic acid soak at 1:20 dilution compatible for calcium scale removal (20-minute maximum exposure, thorough rinse before reinstallation).
